There are two very interesting news.
In first place, IEEE Latin America will publish a special issue with contributions from nearly ten conferences. JISBD2008 is included among others, so the best four papers will be selected in order to publish an extended version of them in this IEEE LA special issue.
In addition, we´ll have also a "Best Paper Award" based not only on the final version of the paper but also on the quality of presentation given to the conference.
