JISBD 2007 Registration

REGISTRATION PROCEDURE

• Registration is only allowed via the CEDI Conference Web page, filling in the online form. In the bottom of this page you can access to the link to the official page of registration (Note: it is in Spanish)
• Once you have registered and inscribed to the conference, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with the username and password to enter and/or make modifications over the introduced data. Please, if you do not receive this e-mail, check your Junk/Spam filters.
• It is important to remember the username/password pair to access to the online application. The consultation of data can be viewed in "Principal>Area Personal" (in Spanish) entering the username/password.
• If you have any problem during registration process you can contact to Secretariat (cedi2007@fase20.com / Telephone. +034902430960).

IMPORTANT NOTES

• The JISBD conference include neccessary the association fee to SISTEDES. Please, take it into account during the registration process in order to select the adequate rate type.
• If you want to publish your accepted paper in proceedings, it is necessary to register in the corresponding simposium by at least one of the authors.
• If a bill is requested, please, indicate it in observations field during conference registration process, providing all necessary data to be included in the bill: personal/corporation data, bill address, identification number, and the sending address.
• ONLINE REGISTRATION DEADLINE: September 4th, 2007. Later, the registration is necessary done in the Conference Venue.
• The registration will be rejected is there is no previous payment or justification of payment.

PAYMENT FORM

• Sending a check to Viajes Genil, S.A. (Only will be accepted those checks received before 2007-08-27).
• Using a bank transfer (Please, for confirm registration, send a justification of transfer to fax number: +34 902 430959). indicating symposium and author. Once checked the transfer, it will be notified to author the definitive registration by e-mail.

• By credit card. It is necessary to provide:
  1. Card Type: VISA, MASTERCARD or AMEX
  2. Holder
  3. Credit Card Number
  4. Credit Card Expiry Date

Note: The expenses related to bank transfer and currency change will be held by authors.

CANCELLATION PROCEDURE

• Cancellations must be send in written form (and signed). You can send the cancellation document to Secretariat fax +34 902 430959 or to e-mail cancelaciones@fase20.com.
• Until 2007-07-31 the full fee will be returned, except the 5% of expenses regarding to administration issues; later, the expenses applied to fees will be the 20%.
• All cancellations will be returned after the conference.
• The author registration change will be allowed until 2007-09-01.

Applied VAT:

Registrations: 16%

Meals: 7%

Tourisitic Visits: 16%
