The disposable time for oral presentation is the following:
Every presentation-room disposes of a PC based on Windows (including Microsoft PowerPoint and Acrobat Reader) with Video-Projection; If you want another AV media, please notify it before 6th september to Secretariat. If you have any dobut about the software version, please, contact with Secretariat.
At least 15 minutes before session start, speakers must stay at the presentation room to meet Session Chair. Session Chairs are detailed in the heading of Full Program.
Be sure that you have the necessary resources to make well your presentation. The Session Chair and Organization disposes of a Telephone Number List in order to get inmediate assistance.
You can use your own laptop/notebook.
Every demo disposes of a table, that will be in front of the session rooms. Associated to each table, there will be a chair, a power-point and a place in the wall to place your poster. Additionally, you will dispose of Wi-fi connectivity.
The organization people will help you to place your exposition place. If you need any special requirement, please, get in contact with Fran J. Ruiz.
The schedule for demostrations exposition will be from 9.00 to 20.00. It is recommended to stay at Escuela Universitaria de Estudios Sociales before 9.00 on wednesday.
The idea is that there will be at least one person per demo available during the maximun time during the exposition day.
At any time, the organization people will aid you in any problem you have.
It is recommended to place a poster outlining the Demonstration content.
The JISBD Organization has reserves two technical sessions the wednesday 12 for tool demonstrations presentations (view the Schedule). Every demostration will give to assistants a short presentation of about 5-7 minutes (maximum) with the most important aspects of the tool. The presentation order and corresponding session is detailed in the Full Schedule (Sessions 12B-2 (Wednesday 12, from 11.00 to 12.30) and 12B-3 (Wednesday 12, from 11.00 to 12.30).

In any way, it is recommended the use of your own laptop/notebook, due to in the presentation room computer can not be installed any software. It is possible to dispose of a Wi-fi connection during tool presentation.
Workshop are intended to be a meeting point to common interests and knowldege. So, it is recommended to follow the same rules noted above. Please, consult to Workshop chair about special presentation details, if necessary.
The tutorial will take place on Aula de Informática of Escuela Universitaria de Estudios Sociales. This room have 12 computers where the required software is installed.
The participants will have the documentation to take notes.
The participant number can not exceed 20 people.
The speakers will give to participants the necessary software in CD-ROM, if necessary.
The Conference will meet different profesionals of ditinct disciplines, so it is possible that participants can assist to your presentation (not expert in your field).
Please, do not directly start with technical aspects of your contribution. Rather, you can introduce your paper in a generic mode.
Take yourself the necessary time to motivate your work, and outline the important ideas, before the technical content get presentated. Anyway, your work is printed in the proceedings, so assume that proof details can be consulted.
