PROCEDURE AND CONDITIONS

• Registration is only allowed via the CEDI Conference Web page, filling in the online form. In the bottom of this page you can access to the link to the official page for accomodation (Note: it is in Spanish)
• Once you have registered and inscribed to the conference, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with the username and password to enter and/or make modifications over the introduced data. Please, if you do not receive this e-mail, check your Junk/Spam filters.
• It is important to remember the username/password pair to access to the online application. The consultation of data can be viewed in "Principal>Area Personal" (in Spanish) entering the username/password.
• If you have any problem during registration process you can contact to Secretariat (cedi2007@fase20.com / Telephone. +034902430960).
• Hotel reservations only will be confirmed if the payment is done and validated by the Secretariat.
• It is necessary to provide an e-mail address to confirm your reserve.
• The prices for Colegio Mayor Pedro Cerbuna is only allowed from 11 to 15 September. Please, indicate these dates in your registration process (4 days), although the real stay in Saragossa is for fewer days.
• The prices for Colegio Mayor Josefa Segovia is only allowed from 11 to 14 September. Please, indicate these dates in your registration process (3 days), although the real stay in Saragossa is for fewer days.

Note: Once make the reservation, you have 10 days to make the payment and communicate it to Secretariat (by e-mail to reservas@fase20.com or by fax to +34 902 430 959). In another case, the reserve will be automatically cancelled.

PAYMENT FORM

• Sending a check to Viajes Genil, S.A. (Only will be accepted those checks received before 2007-08-27).
• Using a bank transfer (Please, for confirm registration, send a justification of transfer to fax number: +34 902 430959). indicating symposium and author. Once checked the transfer, it will be notified to author the definitive registration by e-mail.

• By credit card. It is necessary to provide:
  1. Card Type: VISA, MASTERCARD or AMEX
  2. Holder
  3. Credit Card Number
  4. Credit Card Expiry Date

Note: The expenses related to bank transfer and currency change will be held by authors.

CANCELLATIONS

• Cancellations done between 89 and 60 days before Conference start date will have a 25% expense taxes.
• Cancellations done between 59 and 60 days before Conference start date will have a 50% expense taxes.
• Cancellations done between 29 and 60 days before Conference start date will have a 75% expense taxes.
• Cancellations done between 09 days and the Conference start date will have a 100% expense taxes.

Cancellations must be send in written form (and signed). You can send the cancellation document to Secretariat by e-mail cancelaciones@fase20.com.
